We have been an affiliate for Saturn Bingo/SBN Games for years now, never receiving payment for commissions earned July, 2006 forward. Multiple emails have been sent to multiple parties and only 1 response has been received. Their email stated:

Hello,

We have been trying to contact you for ages, unfortunately it does not seem to matter which email address we use, but AOL is bouncing it back to us on every single occasion... If you could please email with another address so that I can still contact you from our work email that would be appreciated. Basically if you could use any other address except for an AOL one which seems to be blocking all our mail!
As you are aware we had an issue on the site, and have been trying to ascertain what options were available to us in regard to assisting both our players and our Affiliates. In simple terms our servers in London were hit with a massive attack (Not Viral thankfully), which resulted in the shut down of our programme on the servers. This has meant liaising with both our hosting company and our Gaming Software company to rebuild the data that would allow normal operations to continue. Please be assured that this failure did not result in any Data being stolen at all, relieving any security concerns you may have had, any Personal or Accounting details you had in your account are either still secure for you, or will have been deleted totally when the back up was re-installed, therefore security of data will not be a concern to you, or the members you have signed up under you.
Unfortunately with the installation of this back up it has presented a whole new set of issues, resulting in the fact that you may not be able to log into your account, or the banners you have will no longer be working... If you have made any amendments to your account since the 17th of March 2007, this could have been a password change, adding a new banner, changing your account details etc, this will result in an issue with your Affiliate Account.
If you can please get back to me with what your membership ID was, your preferred password, and any source codes you were aware that belonged to you, we can then reset your password for you to gain you access back to your Affiliate Account. We of course fully understand your concern and frustration in this situation though request that you please bear with us, and assist us with the fullest information possible so that we can attempt to get your account operating as normal again.
Kind regards,
Noely

--Now I have emailed them from both our AOL account and our Outlook Express account so their excuse of bouncebacks is not legit.
